i-Analyzer

i-Analyzer is a complete browser-based software that provides essential quality data analysis functions.

Browser-based user interface

The most prominent feature of the INDEQS series is that it uses an Internet browser for its user interface.
Almost all available quality control and analysis software are primarily desktop applications. Distributing, installing, and uninstalling many client software during version upgrades heavily burdens IT administrators. Due to this, obsolete software that has not been updated causes many issues. The INDEQS series solves these issues by using a browser-based interface.

Database list and filters

i-Analyzer provides an overview of the part list registered in the database. You can quickly check the part name or part number and the characteristics of inspections.
It is easy to sort the data by date, serial number, or by your favorite DB field. The Quick and easy filtering function allows you to load the minimum data set required for analysis from a large DB, reducing analysis time.
You can directly edit part or characteristic information to update your database.

Various Charts for Quality Assurance

i-Analyzer provides most of the graphs needed for QA, including line graphs, histograms, box plots, and scatter plots.
You can specify the number of graphs on the screen and freely set the color and size.
Graph scaling and scrolling are intuitive and comparable to desktop applications.

Find simple correlations

There are two types you can see the correlation among characteristics.
Heat map:
The heat map provides an overview of correlations among all characteristics.

Bar chart:
The bar chart provides a quick point of view on which characteristics are strongly related to the specific characteristic you select. You can narrow down the list to the top 5 or top 10.

Integrated AI: Investigating the influence of production conditions

More than one machine or equipment is usually used to complete a part. In many cases, the product goes through several steps and passes through multiple machines to reach completion. Many factors change the behavior of these machines and production conditions. For example, factors such as feed rate, spindle rotation speed, temperature, tool wear amount, and coolant supply amount may be considered for machine tools. The quality of produced products is the culmination of production condition factors. These elements are deemed explanatory variables, and quality inspection results are considered objective variables. There are usually multiple explanatory variables that affect the objective variables. i-Analyzer equips AI to derive the explanatory variables that have the most significant impact on the results. These analyses help you to identify production issues and areas for improvement quickly.
