You can intuitively zoom in and out of graphs using the mouse wheel. Simply hover the mouse cursor over each data plot to display detailed information in a balloon, so there's no need to open a separate report to look at the details.

Monitoring inspection results with the alert table

Alerts are shown for out-of-tolerance and high utilization rates. Multiple thresholds, such as pass/fail limits and specification limits, can be set for individual measurement data, triggering separate alerts.

Alerts can also be configured for control charts (Xbar charts, R charts), enabling quick identification of trend fluctuations and early detection of signs of quality changes before an out-of-tolerance condition occurs.

When inspecting complex parts using a CMM, measurement data from hundreds of locations is collected in a single measurement. Even with hundreds of inspection items, the quality status is updated in real-time. Besides Pass/Fail, the system instantly calculates process capability indexes and checks if control limits have been exceeded. It also updates graphs and reports accordingly.
